Les exigences précises varient selon les postes, bien que les aspects d’expertise suivants soient considérés comme des atouts importants pour tous les candidats : de l’expérience dans le domaine de la photo, des connaissances pratiques du logiciel Adobe Photoshop, des connaissances de base en informatique et en service à la clientèle. We are currently seeking candidates to fill the following positions:

Account Representative
Full time position

This position applies to a bilingual, customer service oriented person with excellent interpersonal skills. Account representative will be interfacing with customers on a daily basis in order to provide technical and order support as well as supporting technician in every aspect of their work. Order accuracy and quality verification will also be a primary function.

Candidate must possess a college or university degree and have experience in customer management.

Technician
Full time position

Technician must perform image selection and necessary color balance in Photoshop to achieve best possible printing quality. Specific responsibilities also include performing image retouching in Photoshop, image selection and set up order for image processing.

Technician must possess a college degree in Photography or Graphic Design, have intermediate to expert Photoshop skill.

Receptionist - Customer Service
Temporary Position with possibility of permanence

In order to ensure customer satisfaction, candidate must have excellent communication skills and should be able to communicate fluently in English and French. This person will be responsible for incoming calls, customer service and some minor administrative tasks.

Experience in customer service and knowledge of Microsoft Office are required.

Production Support
Temporary Position - September to December

Primary responsibility will be to support Account Representative during order preparation. Product assembly, packaging and making sure orders are complete are also primary functions.

Special emphases must be placed in attention to detail and thoroughness.
